Meet Me In St Louis: Happy Halloween (Oct 31st 2016)

I have a new favorite hymn. Hymn 112 Savior, Redeemer of My Soul.

We will pick up on Wednesday this week. We went to Paint Louis which is a place along the river where you can spray paint all you want, in fact, they have contests. It was really cool except for the fact that people go back and ruin them. We had a lot of fun and we also went to the Nordstrom and I bought some new ties, which are always a plus. We had bible Study at the Nickerson's. We go there every week. We eat dinner and then we read a chapter or two from the New Testament and discuss it. We usually have a few more people there but it was still a good study.

Thursday we had President Interviews, so being a Zone Leader we get to go to all three District Meetings during the day. We were at the church from 9am to basically 4pm it was really good. Our mission President talked about raising our vision on what is happening and what we can achieve, he is awesome. I always leave feeling spiritually filled from what he says. Then that night we had dinner with the Polander's. Before we got to the Polander's we had a lesson with the Moise family. They are a part member family, and we set a baptismal date for December 10th. It was a really good visit and lesson. We then ate at the Polander’s then we had a lesson at Beverly’s house, she was recently baptized. It was also a good visit.

Friday was my Birthday. We went and played early morning volleyball it was really fun. Then we came back and I opened presents. I got some sweeet stuff. I got a call from our mission Presidents wife, she sang me Happy Birthday. Got texts throughout the whole day. Ate lunch with Lynn and Erwin (from my last area in Alton IL) at Five Guys. We had a great dinner with Beverly. It was a full day of fun! Then we had pizza at night when we got back to our apartment. Shout out to mom and dad for the hookup. We played sting pong and it was just a great day.

Saturday morning we played basketball then we had AP Pow Wows about our Zone and what should happen. We had Stake Conference. We did a role play of the Restoration for all the leadership in the stake, it was nerve-racking and intense. Our mission president, the stake president, and all the bishops were there. We nailed it! Then we ate at Culvers for dinner then headed back for the adult session. Stake Conference was amazing, so jaw dropping good.

Sunday we had an early morning new convert, less active and investigator meeting before Stake Conference. Then Stake Conference. After Stake Conference we had lunch and we went out and saw members and shared the Restoration lesson. We finished the night with Ward coordination. This week was really fun and exciting and it is crazy that is November tomorrow.
